Evin Incir was born in 1984. She is a Swedish politician and has been a member of the European Parliament since 2019. Her primary focus is to promote democracy, equality and feminism.

She belongs to the Progressive Alliance of Socialists & Democrats, S&D. In the European Parliament, Evin Incir serves in the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs and the Committee on Foreign Affairs since 2019 

In December 2020, Incir received the Best Newcomer award at The Parliament Magazine’s annual MEP Awards. In June 2022, she won the diversity, inclusion, and social impact award at the MEP 2022 Awards.
